What’s New At MSG?
Our new Business Consultant Sal Di Leo will be making rounds to each office, shop, etc. to meet with each employee one on one. Sal’s goal is to learn the challenges each employee faces and communicate with management to ensure everyone can be successful at their job. “We have to create a culture of honest communication. We have to agree to disagree in a polite way in order to improve communication and make the improvements we need,” Sal said at the annual Safety Meeting in Fergus Falls on March 22. Sal is also focusing on our workforce recruitment, and attended the NDSCS Career Fair in Wahpeton, ND Tuesday, March 21.

Gearing Up For The Season!
In April, we are going to do an extensive machine and vehicle maintenance review at all locations to check up on the current conditions of our inventory and create a maintenance plan for fixing, updating, and replacement of units that need to be put out to pasture.
