This month, our team, including Workforce Recruitment/Development Consultant Sal Di Leo and VP of Operations Jeff Hatlewick, attended career fairs at Central Lakes College and Moorhead Career Academy to connect with young talent for future workforce expansion. We continue to offer a $500 bonus for successful employee referrals. Safety remains a priority, with a focus on personal, equipment, and site safety, especially the “Big 4” construction hazards: falls, caught-in or -between, struck-by, and electrocution. We're excited to offer free CDL training, valued at $8,000, to both current employees and new hires.
